GoCentral will cease trading 1st Sep, 2008
Notice to all GoCentral Clients.
We trust this finds you well.
It's with much regret that we need to let you know the time has come for GoCentral to shut down and cease trading.
We have very much enjoyed providing you with what we hope has been a great Internet experience and have appreciated
your support over the years.
GoCentral will cease trading on the 1st of September 2008. We trust this will give everyone sufficient time to find
an alternative ISP to service your needs. If you have any questions, please call and we will endeavour to assist you.

Please find important information below about the services you may be currently obtaining from GoCentral ISP.
Domain Name Registrations
* If you have registered domain names through GoCentral, your domain name will remain valid up to it's next renewal date.
(Domains are generally licensed for a 2-year period through the registrar NetRegistry). As the license to use your domain name
(through NetRegistry) will remain valid and can be hosted by other ISP's, no refunds can be provided for Domain Name Registrations.
* Your Domain name Registrar is NetRegistry and you can contact them regarding matters of domain name delegations and renewals.
If GoCentral also hosts your domain, you will need to contact NetRegistry or your new ISP to have your domain name re-delegated
at NetRegistry. You will shortly been sent your Domain Name key which you will may need to supply to NetRegistry or your new ISP.
Please keep this in a safe place. Please also see the note below if your Domain Name has Web or Email Services Hosted through
GoCentral.
Hosted Web Sites, Email Domains, NameServer Hosting
* If you have Domain Hosted Web and / or Email services through GoCentral ISP, or other services that are charged annually,
please arrange for a new ISP to commence hosting your Domain / Services by the 1st of September 2008. A full refund will be
made to you for the unused portion of your GoCentral ISP annual hosting fee(s).
Internet Access Cards
* If you have a GoCentral Internet Access Card, please use the remaining balance of your card before the 1st of September 2008.
GoCentral ISP is unable to offer refunds on Internet Access Cards so please use your full balance.
DSL Connections
* If you have a DSL connection, please organise to churn your service to a new ISP on or before the 1st September 2008. Our
normal billing cycle is from the 2nd of the month to the 1st of the next month. Connections will cease to function after the
1st of September 2008 so cannot be churned after that date. Please note; we are unable to give refunds on part months. You
will not have been billed beyond the 1st of September 2008 so no refunds will apply.
Dial Up Connections
* If you have a monthly Dial Up package through GoCentral, then this service will cease to function after the 1st of September
2008. Please purchase Dial Up services from new ISP for Internet Access after this date. If your GoCentral ISP Dial Up package
is paid for beyond the 1st of September 2008, you will receive a full refund for any portion beyond this date.
@GoCentral.com.au and other Domain name Email Addresses
* Although GoCentral ISP can be contacted via our usual email addresses after the 1st of September 2008, GoCentral client
email addresses will cease to work. If you use GoCentral Web Mail, please ensure you copy all emails to your local PC. If
you use an email program such as Outlook, Mozilla or Thunderbird, then your email is already on your PC and no action is required.
* Please notify friends / relatives of your new email address as supplied by your new ISP. GoCentral may be able to continue
supply of email addresses ending with @GoCentral.com.au for a short time after 1st of September, but only by prior arrangement.
